ISO-TOP mounting flange according to ISO 5211
Suitable for mounting the hand lever as well as for stem extensions. In particular, the automation of ball valves using pneumatic or electric actuators from all manufacturers with compatible connections according to ISO 5211, as well as accessories such as limit switches, etc., makes ball valves with ISO-Top extremely versatile in application.
Modular system design
1 ball valve system – countless possibilities.
Whether manually operated with threaded connections on both sides, or automated with stem extensions and two different connection ends, everything is possible with this modular system.
Especially in terms of sealing technology, no other ball valve type offers such versatile application possibilities.
EPI product continuity
The ball valves in this product series are all based on the same system, which has been continuously developed and expanded over the years.
This means that even the oldest EPI ball valves in this product series can have their center sections, end connections, or replacement seals exchanged with components from current production batches.
Inline service
Due to the design, replacing seals or spare parts can be carried out easily while the valve remains installed in the pipeline. Only one tie bolt needs to be loosened and the remaining bolts removed.
The center section, including all wear parts, can then be easily swung out. During reassembly, the edges of the body and ball seals must be carefully positioned before the center section is swung back into place. Tighten the tie bolts – done.
